County Events

On Saturday March 12th 2011 Kent County Neighbourhood Watch Association (KCNWA) in partnership with Kent Police will be hosting a Seminar at The Kent Police College, Coverdale Avenue, Maidstone, ME15 9DW.

The theme of the Seminar will be 'My Generation, Your Generation - Our Neighbourhood'.  This is the 2nd such event aimed at bringing together 80 Young People (New School 14-17 years old ideally) and 80 Neighbourhood Watchers (Old school). The aim will be to create a greater understanding of each other’s concerns and views on a range of current day issues. Some of the presentations will be interactive.

A buffet lunch will be supplied. Registration starts at begins at 0845 for a 10:00 am prompt start and is due to finish by 3:30 pm. There will be no charge for delegates wishing to attend.

We now only have places for the new school (14-17 Year olds ideally.) Old school is now fully booked. Places are limited they will be issued on a first come first serve basis, but please could we ask that you register only if you do intend to come along as catering will have to be ordered and paid for. It is expected that places will go very quickly after the success of the first event involving Young People and NhWatchers.
