ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010
The AGM of Swale NHW Organisation will take place on 20th May 2010 7.00pm for a prompt start at 7.15pm. The venue is, The Committee Room, Swale Borough Council Offices, Swale House, Sittingbourne, ME10 3WX - there is ample free car parking.
Swale NHW Organisation has been running very successfully and has gone from strength to strength since its launch in May 1993.
In accordance with our rules, all Officers and Committee members stand down at the AGM, but if willing, can be re-elected for a further year. For various personal reasons some of the Officers have advised that they are unable to stand for re-election. It is therefore imperative that we seek to fill these vacant positions, for without them being filled this Organisation could not survive.
I now urge you all to come along and support this Organisation that has served you in the past with such distinction. Your support is vital for the continuance of this Organisation.
Swale NHW is a community project owned by the community, run by the community for the community and enjoys a positive partnership approach with Kent Police.
Swale NHW Organisation is a member of and represented at Kent County Neighbourhood Watch Association (KCNWA), which is always available and willing to assist or help, should this be necessary.
To enable us to continue into the future we need your help, SO PLEASE make every effort to attend the AGM.
